1. Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Some items (e.g. clearance, customized, or special-order products) are non-returnable.


2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For size or product exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
