At TOUGHGUYTOOL, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every tool we make is built to perform — and we stand behind that promise. This Warranty Policy explains our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in every purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

All TOUGHGUYTOOL products come with a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty covers:

  • Defective materials or craftsmanship

  • Malfunctioning parts under normal operating conditions

  • Replacement of faulty components when applicable

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Products used for commercial rental or non-standard applications

  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, etc.) that do not affect performance

  • Damage resulting from improper storage, installation, or maintenance

3. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product is defective and qualifies for warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@toughguytool.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name and description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  2. Our support team will review your claim and may request additional information.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for product return or replacement.

  4. If the product is confirmed defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge (excluding shipping in certain cases).

4. Warranty Remedies

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Repair of the defective item

  • Replacement with a new or equivalent model

  • Refund if repair or replacement is not possible

The remedy provided will be at the sole discretion of TOUGHGUYTOOL.

5. Warranty Transfer & Proof of Purchase

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

TOUGHGUYTOOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or inability to use the product.
Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
